Molecular Biology

Protein Biochemistry

  • Protein purification (IMAC) and expression, gel electrophoresis, in vitro (directed) evolution, protein kinase assays; Antibody-based technologies: western blotting, ELISA, immunoprecipitation; gel shift assay ( /-radioisotopes), S-35 metabolic labeling, fluorescence microscopy.
