- Prepared and certified air emissions inventory, wastewater permit applications and represented clients with EPA and state regulatory agencies.
- Familiar with regulations pertaining to processing, storage and transportation of toxic chemicals.
- Provided expert testimony and litigation support in cases involving petrochemical processing.
