Designed and supervised construction of a spectroscopy test station to include electro-optical characterization of detectors and comparison with competing materials.
NIR spectroscopy applications for InGaAs detectors, including he new graded (for longer wavelength range of response) and Multiple Element Linear Arrays (MLA).
EG&G Applied Research Lab, Princeton, NJ
Established an optics laboratory, developed CCD characterization tests, talks, papers, and seminar material.
Developed two commercially successful applications for CCD detectors in the areas of polymer light scattering and shock pulse dynamics (weak Raman scattering applications).
Built Charge-Couple Devices prototypes and supervised the test beta sites at outside facilities.
