- Led realignment of the research and development group, aerosol services research and development and marketing product development groups to drive the business to key cosmetic categories and market segments.
- Guided new initiatives in lipstick, powder, makeup and aerosol sun protection product development.
- Re-established a technology exchange with Nihon Kolmar business affiliate in Japan as the sole U.S. manufacturer for cosmetic products, utilizing their patented raw material and formula technology.
